Building a Community

Here's the deal..

Basically my vision is to create a sustainable, eco friendly way of life ad sort of eco spiritual home and community for anyone adn everyone who wants a place to simply live and BE. This would be developed over time having bought or rented some land somewhere on this gorgoues planet, into only using renewable energy..so heat and eelctricity would be generated via solar and wind and even water energies. We could find somewhere that has a source of water to that we have access to pure drinkable water and to create energy and water for use in washing etc. The houses/huts/dwellings would be built by us from sustainable materials such as hay bales houses covered with a lime material plaster, or wood ( used from re used or sustainable forests, replanting new trees all the time) . We would create spaces for healing, for music, for art, for creativity, for spiritual gethering and development. It would work by everyone chipping in what they could either afford via money or a different form of energy exchange. We would worl together becasue we WANT to not coz we have to. Ppl could be involved in wat THEY wanted to do,,so if someone liked building ,they can do that sort of work, if someone like gardeging they could look after the permaculture and organic gardens, if ppl want to facilitate healing, if ppl want to creat eharmonious music to create positivity and abundance..etc etc...we'd bascilalydo what we love in order to bring wat we can to each other.

The space would be open to come and go, to learn from, to teach others in, to expand our Selves as individuals on our spiritual quests knowing thatthere is supportand like minds around you if you need it.

If people are intersted I am looking for you to become involved at some point in what ever ways you feel you can...I just would love to build up some momentum and energy aroudn this idea. And the ppl who are really intersted can get stuck in and begin it and others who maybe are a little unsure or don't feel they can offer much right now can jpoin later on...this will be an ongoing long term project no doubt.

First things first are very physical things like funding and land. It would maybe have to be agreed that whoever can, could put some money into the fund..start a joint savings account sort of thing which can build up over time so there is money available to all to use to rent or buy land. The other thing ofcourse is the actual lland..if anyone knows of any land near them or anywhere which is going free or is apoosible place to set this sort of thing up that'd be great information to have, possibly look into cheaper areas... it wouldn't matter so much if it was in the middle of nowhere since the plan would be to be totally sustainable and independent of any of the systems put in place right now. If the ppl who aeer intersted could find some land that we could rent i would suggest to start small...like a small group begin by possible camping on the land gradulally devloping ideas and engineering some kind of village of dwellings and centres.

I kno others, as hav i, have also talked about some kind of temple idea...i love this...i hav plans already for this, drawings which i've done with my partner etc....this be a big complex housing spiritual ideas..almost like the gathering place where live music could go on and theatre and art and healing etc etc. even classes in certain knowledges of esoteric and exoteric natures.

bascaily i'm just putting this put to you all and I would relly like to know about anyone who is at least intersted in this idea as a possible future for our community and our planet. I'm open to anyone becoming involved in whichever ways they can..

the main two things to get this idea manifesting are money and land so if anyone has any ideas about going about this that'd great too.

i went here last weekend, it's centre very similar to what i'm talkign about here..it's the leading place in europe to show that it CAN and IS beign done..these ppl set this centre up 35years ago, creating it totally in a self sufficient way, embracing wat our planet has as resources that are renewable to keep itself going. It was a very inspiring trip for me to see it in action and i really believe it can be done...all it needs it energy and motivation and willinges to participate in CREATIVITY!

i love you all very much..please let me know on what ever level whether this appeals to you and if you WOULD be involved if you felt like you could, even if it's a fantasy to create this..even if you feel like it's something you couldnt' be able to become involved with until year and years have gone by...I would love to hear you speak

Indigo Energy

INDIGO ENERGY

It is increasingly becoming recognized that many children today are behaving differently from other generations.   Many are very sensitive, to their environments, the people in them, their foods, many seem very tuned into the spirit realm, children today are often very independent and have a strong sense of their  creative purpose. Many have been called hyperactive, or depressed, a few have been diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder). These children are full of Energy, at present it is being channeled in different ways.  Children generally are very loving, this is their beauty. As we look around we see more compassion from these children for their world.  Many are reacting with it or against it.  These children have been named indigo children.

A Brief History of the Term

Indigo Children is a label originating from the observation in the 80s that there was an increase in people incarnating on the planet who have an indigo aura discovered by Nancy Ann Tappe.  This lead on to the creation of a book called The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived written by Lee Carroll and Jan Tober where they collated a lot of information about parenting these new types of children, discussing the traits and the best methods of communicating with an apparently mature group of kids.  For a long time this has been peoples main source of information as well as websites popping up in recent years. They have helped in increasing awareness for this topic; for many now though, the original guidelines and indications of the indigo energy are becoming restricting especially for adults who may feel they arent allowed to be indigo children.

For me, indigo children is simply a term.  I want here to talk about Indigo Energy instead.  The traits talked about are simply indications and statements made about people who resonate with certain ideas.  My feeling is that the indigo energy can be awakened within any person, whatever their background,gender, race, age.  It is a simple idea of wanting to consciously evolve, to allow the planet to survive and further more.. actually thrive.  People increasingly want to play a part in this process.  It isnt an energy exclusive to a few but it involves everyone if they choose it in their life path.

There are many people currently awakening and becoming conscious of themselves and the world around them.   Many of these people are born with a sense of knowing and others are gradually becoming more aware of themselves over time.  These people are consciously aware of Mother Earth and a sense of We are All One and wish to carry this message forward in their lives.

I am not fond of any sort of label as I do not want to portray any division between people, but for the purpose of this I will use the term indigos as a way of talking about the subject.  Indigos are people who are awakening to their higher selves, who are non-      conforming to the present state of today, who wish for change and peace and love on the planet.  This energy has been present in very many generations, where certain individuals have stood out from societys norms and stood up for what they believe.  It is apparent that right NOW there are a great many more souls who are resonating with this energy.  We are more aware, determined for change, we are like system busters and spiritual warriors.  Perhaps it is because there is more need for this energy nowadays due to the state of our environmental issues, politics, industry etc. whatever the reasons, there is a definite presence and urgency for change and many people willing to take up this torch.

Indigos understand that we are all equal in our diversities.  Many have strong connections with angels and guides, many are incredibly creative and in touch with that side of them in their life path, some are studying the ancient civilizations of our planet, beginning to understand our origins in an alternative way to the way we have often been taught, and finding wisdom in ancient esoteric teachings. Generally it can be said that we are seeking to make positive change and seeking to create peace and an expansion of love on our planet.  This may involve finding what isnt working in structures in todays society and replacing them with more workable models based on fairness for all.  Indigos have an understanding and connection with the natural world and we wish to maintain this by how we act and live; increasing sustainable living rather than taking advantage of Earth.   Indigos feel very connected to all things and are sensitive to their environments and people and creatures in them, this is why there is a strong sense and willingness within them to help others on their journeys of life.  This help may not come packaged in diplomacy but we are here to assist in ways which will cause significant self reflection of choices and possible change. Indigos are likely to have grand ideas like they want to save the world because this is their genuine passion and mission.  Many people have stated that indigos are here to help raise the vibration of the planet; this could certainly be the potential outcome if change is set into motion.  Indigos are alert to themselves, they are natural healers, and they are awakened and conscious. Through them may others become enlightened of their own true potential and resonance with the trinity of body, mind and spirit.

Many of these people termed, indigo have found it difficult to find others like them and often feel alone in their universe.  We often feel as though nobody understands us. This can create depression within these souls if their energy is not supported. This is fortunately gradually changing as some understanding adults and the children who are growing up are creating  communities online and in their cities and towns.  But still there is a need for more connections and support to be made.  And although indigo is yet another label, it has given people a sense of Self and support. It is not intended to create a feeling of an elite group, as the overview of these individuals is one of inclusion of everyone as having a significant role and individual freedom in the evolution of spirit as a Whole.                                                                                                       

 

Children and young people today need support and encouragement in becoming who they truly are.  All people need this.  But for young people as the next generation it is important to be alert to their wants and needs and to do what you can to assist their development of Self.  Not  by passing  down lessons you were taught so that they become their beliefs but by allowing them their freedom to discover themselves with their own guidance and wisdom.  Remember to listen and be open to the wisdom of youth. For they are often enlightened to the truth of love and compassion.   They are the most up to date versions of humans so be open to what they have to offer you and they will be open to what you have to offer them.

Healing Healing by Kai Lena Our whole lives are spent in healing. Healing means many different things to many different people. For many it is the exterior practise of a healer with a patient performing whatever treatment may be necessary. A doctor, a reiki practioner, a counsellor. All of these are considered healers. But. consider YOURSELF as the healer and the lines become blurred. I think people can generally accept that somebody else is able to DO something to them, but in all healing there has to be a willingness to heal oneself and so in essence any healing is the accomplishment of the individual. I have just gone through one of the biggest purges of my life. As somebody who is realising many things, who is awakening and opening their eyes to many new ideas and revelations there is alot of layers of skin that are necessary to shed in order to step out as a new form. I spend much of my time assessing my life and confronting issues I have which no longer serve me but the last six weeks have been immense. So many layers have left and now I'm becoming who I've always known I am. Someone who comes from the heart, someone who wants to be active in change and spreading peaceful messages. Healing also, has this aura of peacefulness about it but in my experiences it is nothing but the opposite. Any problems you have, any shit from the past you leave to heal itself, it WILL come back to 'haunt' you. In order to achieve enlightenment of the self is no easy journey and many of us have had to confront ourselves and those around us as well as the ideas of our cultures and societies. This is no easy task. It can be very painful and emotional. Mistakes in life do not occur...only experiences which we reflect on as being unnecessary and troublesome, but that reflection in itself is part of the healing. To realise that something was a so called 'mistake' is confronting and reflecting. Many people like to leave it there but surely we must learn from every experience within our lives? If we do something we do not like, we then do not wish to do that again. But some patterns are harder than others to break. If you have lived a life where your self control and free will have been harnessed on occasions by others around you, or if that is your belief that that can happen, then much unlearning needs to be done. To be free is to realise we all have choice. We are not living this life for any body else other than ourselves. You can get to a state, (where I have been for a while) where you can consider others so much so that you forget to consider yourself. That is not to say you should not consider others...that is compassion for fellow beings, but it is to say to not ignore giving compassion and understanding to yourself...and that is healing. We get communicated in many ways. I have been communicated through my body alot throughout these years. For instance, I developed a rash on my arms for some time...I felt that it was just due to heat but it would not leave, I just continued to ignore it thinking it would eventually stop. It wasn't until I confronted a different issue, a deep emotional one when talking to my partner one evening that it completely disappeared. If you have something to heal within you, then you will have it communicated to you in whatever way is necessary. To me, many physical ailments are most probably due to the problem being there for so long. They are the physical manifestation of an underlying emotional or spiritual blockage. Something has not been confronted and resolved and therefore causes suffering spiritually, emotionally and physically. Happiness is for sure the best remedy for any problem. Happiness for some though is the hardest thing to achieve. Yet it is simply a perception. Do you always seem to have the same argument again and again? This again, is another, a different way of an issue being communicated to you. So much healing could take place if people saw things from different perspectives. Healing takes place when change takes place. It is no easy path. If problems throughout life are suppressed or repressed, in times of healing they will come up out of you and it can be so very distressing and depressing. So many people stay in that state for so long coz once you are there it feels there isn't a way out, BUT to wade through it, to think about it and why it's there, what it's purpose is, and to make changes, eventually there IS a way out. And an end to the suffering. Healing is a whole process. It is life with all its issues. There is always something new to experience and therefore there is always new issues and new healings. Imagine an issue you have as being an entity. This character arises like a snake in order for it to be confronted. When you choose to confront it, you begin to question it's purpose, it's origins, and in doing this it is likely to spit like snake back at you, of course not making the process a pleasant one. But if you continue questioning until all questions have an answer or you have some peace from the realisations made you can then begin to react in a different way, to start integrating the lessons learnt into your life and that is where the healing becomes an ongoing process. To continue to learn and react in a different way. The same issue/character may arise again and again until you finally integrate the loving energy of understanding and accepting into your very being. I am not saying this with any authority at all,. only experience, an experience I am still continuing every day. Integration is the key. Healing is the topic. To heal we must learn from our experiences and continue to live it from the whole of ourselves. Any problems that we incur are a product of our own actions, it may not seem like it always but ultimately if we continue to chain ourselves in our own depression we are actively choosing to do so. Alleviate yourself. Unchain yourself. Confront. Communicate. Heal. Integrate. Love.

Attach- Detach-Re-attach   Attach---Detach---Re-Attach Attach----Detach----Re-Attach We often form attachments to things and sometimes that can blind us from a different angle we are not experiencing...so we must detach from the thing that we love the most to be able to see it from a distance and realise who we are separate from it...then...finally you realise it would be great to reattach in a new way....to integrate what you have learned into the relationship with that thing/place/person/experience and celebrate it. It's like the story of the candle in the sun from Conversations With God, about how the little candle doesn't know he is a little light until he is in the darkness. We are all born attached to one another, BUT because we are, we do not even realise that we are. We can not be aware of a different way. That is until we see a chink of a different reality, a different way of being that differs from what we have known of that relationship. And so, it makes sense to find out more, in doing this we pull away from whatever we are attached to and so begin to detach. Now we are separate and we can see ourselves and feel our feelings in relation to the thing. We are now divided, we can perhaps see angles on the attachment that we hadn't realised were to a disadvantage to Who We Really Are. With all the new learnings and experiences we have from the detachment we work out who we are in relation to all things, as a separate piece. It is then though that we understan that we are all one and the same. We ARE ALL ONE. and so, in true effect, we seek to re-attach to the 'mothership' so to speak. We seek to find the relationship in a new way..re-find it. We now understand that we are separate yet the same and we can be together in our own diverse ways. 'United Division' : United as One in Diversity. This is how I see the world finding peace. Realising that despite our differences we are ALL One and it is exactly the fact we are all unique different aspects of the same thing that we learn to love one another for that purpose. The process of Attachment- Detachment-Re-attachment is something I find relates to all things. All aspects of my life, it's part of the analysis of life which helps me to evolve.

We are all creators We are all Creators We are all creative beings. It is who we are. Every decision we make is a creative thought leading onto a creative process. Creation is simply another way to communicate. Every morning when you dress yourself, style your hair, whoever you are...you are creating yourself for yourself and to communicate who you are to others. I think that everyone are artists. Everybody creates!! It's silly to believe otherwise. Some people think they can't draw but who decides that? If you can make a mark, you can draw is my attitude. But just by having a thought...that's a creation! wow, it's really liberating that idea. Create create creat! Extend it out. If you can create how you look, you can create anything. All you have to do is think it. We are ALL creative beings, and that is so wonderful. What I see right now, especially with people resonant with the indigo energy is that we all want to create, whether it be by wiritng, painting, singing, music, building website, etc. We are all very expressive, we just express in different ways. It may be our way as indigos to communicate though, especially through art. We have powerful things to say and often people aren't responding to it on a physical level becasue it is so powerful. People can accept art as a powerful medium, it is easy to see why we are using it. Along with the media, another branch out to communication. Most of all though, I think a huge part of the indigo energy is all about creation. The main key to it all seems to be about creating a 'new world', almost uncreating some of the things we see as unhelpful now to the planet and species on it. But it's all about evolving. There is a definite, important process which I feel alot of us are in touch with. We are very conscious of the world, of the people, of the animals, of the entities and energies. It is like seeing it all, unveiling the true nature, and this is natural to us. Due to this we are also very much aware of ourselves and our creative thoughts. We know about healing instinctively...and if healing is anything, it's most definitely about evolution. We very much put our selves through trying times, not coz we will enjoy it, but because it's a process, a process which is needed to become whole healthy beings. It makes sense to go through it when you can see the end result. First we must create ourselves, become who we are supposed to be, for many of us due to our parental guides being ignorant to this energy, many layers have to be peeled away and shed for us to reveal our true natures. Once feeling at one with ourselves, we are now looking for ways to create this new paradigm for a new generation. I se it now so presently, there are many young people in their 20s seeking one another, exploring new ways to connect. At 21 years myself, it has been a recent discovery of indigo energy within myself. I have always felt it but have not harnessed it fully till now. As I look out I am seeing many others, now in our 20s, all creating in their own way. This is surely a beautiful thing to witness. I see that we are all artists, all creating mind expanding work, NEW. It's like rebirthing a whole generation. What I see we have to look forward to on this planet is the shift into beautiful imagery and music. Like a soundtrack to go with our generation of spirits who are wishing for a more rounded Earth. I can see that it's about having fun. Jobs and work are none existent, purely due to the fact that all life and all of existence is play! As soon as you begin to realise this then life is more fun. You can relax. Realise the artist in you. It doesn't mean to pick up a paintbrush, only a metaphorical one. Learn to paint your own reality, that's what I feel we're doing. My creating websites and paintings and music we're suggesting a different alternative way of existing. All it takes is the power of thought and feeling and the want to create it. The planetary shift that is so speculated about is very simple. People imagine some huge event...we're not here for that. we're here to see it in becasue we create it. Together individually. Each of us is doing our own things, learning, healing, talking...all of this is part of it. If everybody focusses on themselves with a view to be happier, not basqueing in negative thoughts for the sake of it, but to go through cleansing to get rid of any blockages and ultimately help the powerful positive energy forces between all things. So harness your true potential And create create create!

Intention creates the manifestation of your creative thoughts and feelings, your dreams...this is what I dedicate myself to

 

 

The manifestations of our dreams comes from within our heart and with our intention of where we wish to lead ourselves into total harmonic resonance of a higher truth destiny for our own individual pathways.  It begins with intention and from there the feeling and in becoming the feeling of our highest intention we are co creating with the universal law of like attracts like and so the transition and the joint service begins.  Choose your reality from the infinite pick from the universal catalogue of worldly, emotional, spiritual, physical aspects of WHO you Truly Are.

 

I sit at the piano and I let it flow.  Out comes the feeling of a performance that will totally immerse me and my audience in the organic flow of nature, of manifestation.   Here I sit and it comes with ease and I KNOW in my heart, in my feeling, in my thought that THIS night is one of recognition.  I know I have been heard by the ones that are here to hear.  The flow has begun, the non stopping energy system grid that takes the messages of the heart and the idea to a new level of dynamic proportions where hand in hand the soul and the heart and the mind unite and become vibrational systems of light to manifest the dreams of the wildest moments. 

 

My intent is the key.  The key is intent.  And seek the things of which the heart flutters and the mind engages with; for these are the synaptic messages of the body to communicate your souls highest dream for you.  Engage in the love of Self and the Self will have love.  And the more love the Self has the more love can be spread and the more love that is spread the more love is created and the force becomes strong

 

I feel the music as it comes through me to you.

 I feel the energy of the help at hand to launch a global community of communication through art.

I heal through performance, firstly of self and then of others resonance if they choose for that to be.

 

My manifestations oif health and of love and of abundance in me are my intent

 

I am in this experiment

 

The essence of life becoming conscious of itself to be more active in seeking a creative reality which exists right now before our faces

 

We stare at is all day long and the separateness becomes its weakness for we sit and wonder why it is happening TO us rather than engaging with it and finding how WE are it itself

 

But the separateness is nothing more that the unity consciousness of which we often are left unconscious to (all with purpose I might add) 

 

Now we can look at is from this far away position in a way to combine with it and become it in the experiemental element of the divine secret of realtiy that we have before us

 

Our thoughts create

 

Our feelings are our thoughts uplifted/elevated into the first level of physical manifestation  

 

We feel the flux as it rises like kundalini up our chakras and are discovering the thrill of the actual reality we perceive to be our highest most beautiful creation of life.

 

Create a baby and you feel it in your depths as it grows, as it grows in the time that is necessary for incubation and development.  Your thought created this moment before you now and you feel its pangs as it develops and grows

 And sometimes it miscarries as we dream a new dream or else it continues and manifests as Self

 

You attract what you attract due to your Self attractiveness, what you see in the mirror is what you have created.  We are all creative beings because of this.  Your self is in the hands of your self.  If you dont like your appearance you change it.treat life like your reflection in the mirror, for it is just that.  If you dont like it then change it, create a new reality, a new look. 

 

Begin with intention, the negative thought is the old truth of yourself slipping away and it is your acknowledgement of your next creation. In this moment of negativity you find that you are renewing, regenerating a new perceived self of the NOW moment.   You are reaching out for the next thought, the next intention of self. And the self serves you well for the inspiration is found through the depths to the light.

 

Open your heart to the endless possibilities of your most fascinating dreams for we really can choose the reality we want to contain.   Intend.

 

The pattern is self perpetuating, negativity creates negativity creates negativity creates negativity until the moment you become conscious of purpose.  In this moment you can acknowledge and heal the perpetuating pattern by USING it for Self Creation.

Kai kai!! haha u all hav ur own names for me..i dont mind I am 21 I live in THE WORLD I come from Chester in the UK and have been here for pretty much my whole life, only stepping out for holidays in other countries. I want to travel I want to create movement in my life and see places and experience new experiences. I am taking control of who i am and where I am going. When I came to this forum orginially my life was very different to how it is now I have shifted in SO SO many ways! To look at me now and look at me even just hmm 4 months ago....wow! the ups and downs of this ascension journey have certainly got into full swing! Recently I expreienced the greatest LOVE i have ever felt....love of Self and i radiated out...i had so much energy so much flow...i expereinced my Self how i kno I really truely am...a being of pure light and love....I FELT it" And then..guess wat..i burnt out...i withdrew...became totaly disconnected for everything, everyone...the final crahs was to discover i'd disconnected from Self and Source To not be able to flow with my music hit me HARD. TO not feel creative I felt i had no purpose I'; mnot calinign to be out of this Now but i am certainly so much more aware now I have more clarity of self I am ware i have much healing to do to grow and develop and nuture my Self to that being of love and light i kno i can be and AM. Ascension quickly is a rollercoaster, therefore you literally do get the ups and the downs in extremes. I now will find balance within and so be able to express balance out. I am at total choice This has been the shit scariest place for me to be for about 2 weeks. Total choice??!! SHIT!! I can choose ANYTHING and then th inevitable question...well wat do you want then?? and i didnt kno I dont know if KNOW now BUt i do kno i want LOVE I want to BE LOVE HAVE LOVE EXPEREINCE LOVE GIVE LOVE LOVE is my Keyword I am Lauren Kai Chi Lena Walker I am on a journey of Life I express through creativity...put simply...thru life the whole of life is creation. Creating in every moment the perfect situation of expression of Self. This may not always be sunshines and icecream....the dark coulds we epxereince are also the most wonderfully creative thought pattersn and expressions of Self too. I am keeping track of myself I lost all feeling It scared me I experienced the Void Detachment Now i always knew where it would lead coz i have my wisdom Attachment ( unconscious) - Detachment ---- this can only everlead to one place, wat i call RE-ATTACHMENT...that's to say conscious attachment...Recognition of Self, Higher self... RE-COGNITION Re thinking your Self....acknowledging change, integrating I came to this forum not knowing wat i was looking for....acknowledgment....friendship....communcation with others who resonate....i got that....thankyou I have met some really wonderful people...many of whom are my best freinds now. I have been a victim for a long time and didnt realise it but my good friend alerted me to it...thank you.. It is time to take control....take responsibitly for all my creations...all my pain...all my love....all the situations i have been a part of. the acknowledgement allows me to reach out to the NEW things...the all the NEW creations I am a manifestor I am MANIFESTING the most wonderful creation of all LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Lauren/Kai

Acceptance I accept all I am open aware of our differences Love it Heal it Accept it   Be experimental and try it out. I be a questioner of many things...of all...I quest through ppl's souls to search for their answers..to allow THEM to search themselves...I allow a comfortable space in order to do that...this is my gift. I create confrontation and I get acceptance back.   Now i be confronted and I respond...how?  well....I react...I observe my reactions...I process...I shift perceptions...i question THEM and MYSELF....I heal...I accept...I learn...I experience...I find the individuation, the diversity and I feel what is brought to me through that...and I LOVE. Many things..many things heal through your abiltiy to see yourself in another.  We heal ourselves, we confront our Selves..through our relationships with others.  Reaction is the first knowledge of the healing,  we FEEL a certain way about a certain thing and it is shows it's head to you in an attempt to alert that trigger.  It works perfectly..in perfect ways.  So when you are angry...or sad..or disconcerted about a certain thing or person...you are all those things about your Self.  Something doesn sit right in you..WHY?  it is in YOU not the other person.  We must always take into account the other person's actions too....are you begin confronted with healing for them also...most probably it is a co created expereince.  We each, if opposites, will learn from the opposing force to find balance and harmony within.  Perhaps I need more perhaps you need less...vice versa...balance. We begin to see ourselves thru the eyes of someone else thru relationships.  Communication is key..HONESTY in our feelings.  The ability to accept...in the face of something that at first you feel you are not, is a treaured gift.  There is a process to it.. see my wording  'something that AT FIRST you feel YOU ARE NOT'... there is nothing that we are NOT...only wat we choose to be.  ALL options are available to us...a murderer is no more a murderer than you or I, only they made a different choice...but accept the mruderein you for you are one.  Accept all that you are by accepting all that you are not.  The Solidity of the All does not exist without the Void. The only truth is choice Accept you can choose it ALL but that you have made certain choices for you based on your heart and head.  No body is wrong in their choices.  We are just different. We at all times are open to the other choces though becasue they exist..you have accepted them as part of you...but at points in your life you choose resonance with certain aspects more than others.  This can change.  We are always in the moment of creation and flux.  Relationships are key!  We find resonance and harmony and we find confrontation and disharmony.  All are vital to our evolution. In my expereince the confrontations have often been the source of my evolutionary processes..it is hwere healing is allowed to take place.  The resonance of a relationship though is vital to allow that healing to take place in a harmonious environment. TO create a harmonious relationship that allows the SPACE and comfortable arena for DISHARMONY...WOW!  how grand a thing!  it is SO healing.  Communicate Communicate From heart to head to heart to head involve the body caress and soothe from heart to head confront and love and communicate in all these ways.  Accept and love and heal
